My GF and I come to this Urban plates often and the food remains to be top quality. The service is friendly, quick, and smooth. Jin the server and Emi both are really nice people. Will continue to eat here.

I was looking for something healthy and chanced upon Urban Plates in Torrance. The menu has photos which makes it really easy to choose a dish. Jaileen took my order and was incredibly patient and professional with all of my questions. The dish arrived in short order, and was delicious. So much better than the hotel burger that I was going to have before finding Urban Plates. I ate in the restaurant, and was pleased with the zero plastics and cool vibes of the establishment. As someone who travels for work and is always looking for healthy meals while on the road, I will definitely be back.

Always love coming back here as they always have my vegan favourite, grilled organic tofu. The food is fresh and customer service is top tier. Jin was so helpful in making sure we all were satisfied with our meal and also if we needed anything else! So many variety of drinks as well so something for everyone. Hope there will be more vegan main entrees soon.

Me and my husband came in to get a bite before heading back to the beach, we were in the mood for someone similar to “flower child” a restaurant we eat at back at home. Let me tell you this is nothing short and we actually feel like it’s even better! When we came in we had questions about the menu and Jin was very helpful. When we were ordering drinks, he offered to give a samples of the fruit flavored ones and that was really great because then we didn’t have to get stuck with a drink that we didn’t like. I highly recommend the strawberry dragon fruit flavored one! I ordered the chimichurri steak plate with a caesar salad and french fries with a side of spicy teriyaki sauce to try it out.

Manuel R. Took our order and recommended the plates and I absolutely loved it. The dish was rich, flavorful, and comforting, with tender meat, creamy mashed potatoes, and grilled bread that made everything even better. Beautiful presentation and a meal I’d happily order again.
